Who we are
Our website address is http://gathenhielmska.se
The website is owned by Historieverket AB (org nr: 559252-3954).
Introduction
We take the privacy and security of users’ personal information extremely seriously. Our Privacy Policy (which you are currently reading) provides details of the information we collect on users, how we use and manage this information and the options you have to restrict our usage of this.
Data collected through our online contact forms
We collect your name and your email address when you contact us through the online form on the ‘Kontakt’ page (www.gathenhielmska.se/kontakt ) or when you submit an enquiry via the ‘Arrangera’ page.. Your details are held in a secure email inbox, to which only three people have access. We only use the information that has been supplied to respond directly to your message. We do not share these details with anyone else.
Data collected through our mailing list
We collect personal information when you sign up to our mailing list. This includes your name and your email address. Our mailing list is managed via MailChimp; your names and email addresses are stored securely on this platform, as are details such as the date that you have opted in. They are not stored anywhere else. Mailchimp is required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal information and is not authorised to use your information in any manner, other than in helping us to provide you with services or as otherwise required by law.
If you have signed up to our mailing list, we will send you sporadic emails – generally around one or two per month, but sometimes more if we’ve been unusually productive and have lots of news to share. These emails will be Gathenhielmska-related: we will contact you to share updates about the House, including information about our programme, dates, ticket links, organisational upades and so on.
We respect your privacy rights and are not evil, so we will not sell or give your email address to other companies. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list you can do so by emailing us at info [at] gathenhielmska.se or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails – we’ll remove your name from our email list as soon as possible.
Information collected through our website
You can visit this website without telling us who you are or providing us with any personal information. We do use Google Analytics, which collects the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses of all our website visitors and other information such as operating system, page clicks and browser type. We use this information to check all our pages and links are working properly, to see what content is proving popular, and ultimately to try and provide you with the best possible service.
Information collected by our partners
Rather than handling any sales through our website, we use an online ticket company, Billetto (https://billetto.se). Billetto do not, as standard, provide us with any personal information except for names of customers, in the form of a guest-list for specific events. Customers can opt-in to share additional information with us. If you choose to do this, we will only collect names and email addresses. Before adding you to our mailing list (and storing your data in Mailchimp), we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not respond to this, no data will be retained.
Billetto has its own privacy policy, which you can access via its website.
