We’re very happy to announce that we’ve been awarded 90 000 kr from Göteborgs Stad in Projektstöd, to support the delivery of a spring programme at Gathenhielmska.

Given that the cloud of covid is still lingering closely overhead, we’ll be focussing on small-scale, site-specific events. We have some really exciting plans and can’t wait to share more details soon!

Children’s Tour of Gathenhielmska

One project that we’re really excited to be launching is a Children’s Tour of Gathenhielmska. The project will be developed in partnership with with Lekkontoret, a design office researching urban play-abilities in Gothenburg.

The tour will be developed as a co-design project, with children involved in all parts of the design process – from observation and testing to production. The tour will be created through a series of workshops, which will focus on storytelling, exploration and mapping in Gathenhielmska and will result in the production of a guide and other materials that can remain in the premises and be re-used.

More information about the project – and about opportunities to get involved – will be announced soon.
